During 2014 Allsop has seen a rise in the number of sellers taking advantage of auction as an effective conclusion to a private treaty marketing campaign. This strategy has proved particularly persuasive in cases where buyers have shown reluctance to commit to contract or where a fair means of selecting a buyer from a number of seriously interested parties is required.
